One factor that trips up a lot of people is the paperwork.

1. The required paperwork has them feeling overwhelmed.
2. They don’t like filling out paperwork.
3. Attention to detail is not their thing.

💡QUICK TIPS:

1. Read through the paperwork more than once. I guarantee something new that’s important 🧐 will stand out.

2. Make sure you have ALL the pages. Yes, sometimes pages are left out in error.

3. Make sure you address ALL questions. If something doesn’t apply to you, put N/A and provide a narrative explaining why it does not apply to you. 📝 Ex. If they ask for a copy of your GC license and you don’t have a General Contractors license because it is not required in your state. Then explain that in a narrative.

4. Provide copies of all documents requested.
