2. Non-compliance With Requirements. Not adhering to the requirements can immediately disqualify your proposal.

3. Lack of Technical Understanding and Approach. Your inability to write your technical approach based on the scope of work will make the contracting team doubt your ability to perform.

4. Price Not Reasonable. Ballooning your price, pricing too low, or including items that aren’t part of the scope of work in your price can get your proposal rejected.

5. Lack of Understanding of The Evaluation Criteria. Missing any of the requirements and criteria will negatively impact your evaluation score.
