The Questions I Ask Before Recommending Any Government Contract Opportunity

One of the biggest mistakes I see contractors make is pursuing every government contract they qualify for. Just because you can bid doesn’t mean you should. Before investing time and resources into a proposal, ask yourself: 

  • Does this opportunity align with your capabilities? 
  • Can your business finance the work? 
  • Do you have the right team to successfully perform the contract? 

 

The goal isn’t to win more contracts it’s to win the right contracts that are profitable, support your long-term growth, and position your business for future success.
