Everybody wants to sit in a prime position. Unfortunately, what I’m seeing is most companies don’t know the difference between the subcontractor and prime contractor which either way can affect your bottom line profits when used at the wrong time.
I know I could not wait to sit in the prime position. I was so tired of having to deal with what I thought was crumbs.
After being a prime contractor, I now know that it’s not as simple as I thought and probably as you’re thinking now.
