When it comes to teaming to win government contracts, there’s a lot that no one tells you. Sure, there are surface-level questions that you’ll ask but the more important and must-know things that you don’t know to ask will typically go unanswered. And, the questions that you don’t know to ask will most likely be the ones that end up being your biggest headache later.
In this video, I’m sharing three key points you must discuss and agree upon before starting the project. The key areas that we’re going to discuss are (1) project delivery, (2) division of work, and (3) division of money, and expectations that you need to be set.
