If you’re not finding enough projects to bid, consider expanding your reach. When you go broad, you open yourself up to more opportunities. Be PROACTIVE in your approach and know what you will need to have in place BEFORE you expand your reach beyond where you stay and across state lines.
When you have more opportunities to bid, you increase your bid ration which in turns increases your opportunity to win. Because your bid win ratio is in the numbers.
