Before winning 6-figure contracts, I was:

❌ Focusing on multiple agencies at once
❌ Bidding on opportunities outside my primary NAIC Code
❌ Generalizing what I offer and trying to appeal to all agencies at once

The construction company handling the project will subcontract the IT services, but the entire contract falls under NAIC Code 236220.
