- Make sure you a good SCOPE OF WORK that speaks to the requirements requested inside the solicitation
- People that will help you deliver the project could be considered KEY PERSONNEL
- You want to make sure you have EXPERIENCE during the type of work that you’re going to be doing on the project that you are going to bid
- You want to make sure that the SCHEDULE you submit in your proposal can be adhered to.
- One of the most important pieces of your proposal is the PRICE so make sure you know how to price and profit
