The Forgotten Strategy

The Forgotten Strategy

Ever been in a position where multiple people have been bidding for your time? Do you feel like you're being pulled in multiple directions? Or maybe it's just me. I have four kids.

I cannot imagine what it would have been like to have to change four diapers at one time, feeding four kids a bottle at one time. If you know anything about kids, they like that individualized, one-on-one attention. With four, how do you do that? It's hard. When they're all bidding for your time at the same time.

I was fortunate, thank God, that my first three were four years apart, literally. God's doing, not mine. The last one was 11 years later. Now that definitely was God's doing!

I didn't have to change four diapers at one time, which is great and maybe your story is a little bit different, but here's what I know about relationships and even business. You can't build a bunch of relationships effectively at one time.

When being CAGED will no longer do!

Are you a carpool parent? I’m a carpool mom. Yesterday when I pulled into the garage, after picking my son up from school, it sounded like our dog was at the back door.

I looked at my son and he looked at me.

I said, “I know I locked the dog in the cage and I know I locked the bottom.”
